Privacy Policy

Totally Fine Co.

Purpose of this Policy

Totally Fine Co. collects personal and health-related information so we can help clients organise their symptoms, health history, questions and appointment preparation in a clear, non-diagnostic report format. We know this information can be sensitive. Our default approach is: collect only what we need, explain why we need it, limit who can access it, avoid unnecessary uploads, and delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.

This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we store and protect it, how AI-assisted tools may be used, and what choices clients have about their information.

Trauma-Informed Approach

Totally Fine Co.

Purpose of this Policy

At Totally Fine Co., we recognise that many women navigating healthcare have experienced repeated dismissal, diagnostic delay, fragmented care, medical uncertainty, and the emotional burden of continually needing to advocate for themselves within healthcare systems.

For many people, these experiences are not simply frustrating; they can become distressing, overwhelming, and, at times, re-traumatising.

We understand that healthcare experiences can impact trust, confidence, communication, emotional safety, memory recall, decision-making, and engagement with healthcare providers. We also recognise that women navigating chronic, complex, or poorly understood symptoms often carry a significant cognitive, emotional, financial, and administrative burden while seeking care.

As a result, Totally Fine Co. is committed to operating through a trauma-informed approach across our communication, systems, reports, educational materials, and client experience.

Our approach is informed by the principles outlined by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), including safety, transparency, collaboration, empowerment, peer support, and awareness of cultural, historical, and gender-based factors that shape healthcare experiences.

Importantly, Totally Fine Co. is not a mental health treatment provider, crisis service, diagnostic provider, or replacement for medical care. Our role is to support clearer communication, reduce healthcare navigation burden, improve information organisation, and help clients engage with healthcare systems in a more informed, prepared, and empowered way.
